Safety checks are a standard part of our rental process. We inspect all inflatables before delivery, ensuring they meet industry standards and are free from any issues. From secure anchoring to detailed usage instructions, we make sure your event is safe and stress-free.
Does the price include set up and delivery?
We charge a $25 delivery fee for bounce houses and water slides rented within 30 miles of Temple, Georgia.
Do you deliver to other cities?
Yes, we often work outside of our service area. We suggest you call our office if you don't see your city listed.
Does the standard 8-hour rental time include your set up time?
The time you enter into your quote/order is the time we guarantee the inflatable will be up and running. We require a three-hour delivery window to ensure this. Deliveries begin at 7am and will be made before your event start time.
When do you set up?
Set up times depend on the number of rentals that day. We typically arrive 1-3 hours before the rental time begins and may deliver as much as 24 hours in advance.
We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are yours always that clean?
Yes! All of our units are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sanitized after each rental. We ensure your children play in a clean, safe environment.
Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes, the inflatable must stay plugged in unless inclement weather occurs. Unplugging may result in an additional cleaning fee.
What about parks? Do parks have electricity?
We require generators for all park events and charge a $100 park fee. Each generator supports two outlets. Please confirm the number needed with a representative. If you need a certificate of insurance, we can provide it within 48 hours.
What payments do you take?
We accept cash and credit cards. Please provide exact change for cash payments as drivers do not carry cash.
What if we need to cancel?
The latest time to cancel is by 9am the day before your event. Late cancellations will be charged in full and are non-refundable. Deposits under 5 days are non-refundable but held as a raincheck.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 20% deposit for events under $500 and 50% for events over $500. Third-party services, mechanical rides, and staffing require a 25% non-refundable deposit.
How big are the jumps?
Most jumps are 15x15, slightly larger than standard sizes. Check dimensions and ensure adequate space for setup, including stakes and blowers.
What about the big jumps? Any special requirements?
Big jumps require at least a 48-inch wide path for setup. Weighing up to 650 pounds, they need clear access and sufficient space.
What surfaces do you set up on?
We set up on grass, asphalt, and concrete. We cannot set up on rocks, dirt, or red mud. The area must be clear of debris, limbs, and animal droppings.
Can we see a copy of your contract and safety rules?
Yes, a link is included in your receipt after ordering, or you can contact our office to request a copy.
